REGISTRATION

By registering for a membership and/or user account, you represent, warrant and undertake to and with SOCIAL that all information provided by you upon registration is true, accurate and complete. We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, suspend or terminate your membership and/or user account for any reason (including the use of proxy internet protocol addresses or multiple membership and/or user accounts).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership and/or user account details. Please notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorised use or misuse of your membership and/or user account, or any other breach of security.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order: (a) you are offering to purchase a product, on the terms and subject to the conditions as set out in our Store Policies; and (b) you represent, warrant and undertake to and with SOCIAL that the payment details provided by you are valid and correct, and that full payment will be made for your order.  We will only accept orders from individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have been issued a valid credit or debit card by a bank acceptable to us and/or PayPal.

Contract
Acceptance of an order will take place upon the receipt of a confirmation email by you and the completion of the contract between you and SOCIAL will take place when your order is despatched, unless such order has been cancelled.

Product Information
We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all product information provided by SOCIAL on this website (including descriptions and images) is accurate. Notwithstanding this, we cannot guarantee that the product information provided is an exact representation of the actual product.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time. We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate. Notwithstanding this, there may be errors in the prices of our products and SOCIAL expressly excludes any liability which may arise in connection therewith.

Delivery
All delivery times as set out in our Store Policies are only estimations, and subject to successful payment authorisation. SOCIAL shall not be responsible or liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage that may arise from or in connection with any postal delays, delays in customs clearance or delays caused by circumstances which are not reasonably foreseeable.

Additional terms and conditions in relation to the sale and purchase of products are set out in our Store Policies. Our Store Policies shall be incorporated into and form part of these Terms. SOCIAL reserves the right to revise our Store Policies at any time and for any reason with or without notice to you.

We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that all content provided by SOCIAL on this website is accurate and complete. Certain content that appears on this website may come from third parties. Notwithstanding this, you should not rely on any content or opinion provided on this website (whether by SOCIAL or other users) when you make any decision.

SOCIAL’s total liability to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the purchase of any product or otherwise.

NO WAIVER

No failure, delay or forbearance on the part of SOCIAL in exercising any right in accordance with these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof and no waiver on the part of SOCIAL of any breach by you of any Term shall prejudice the rights of SOCIAL in respect of any other or subsequent breach of any Term.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, our Store Policies and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SOCIAL and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and SOCIAL. Any representation, warranty, term or condition not expressly set out in these Terms, our Store Policies and Privacy Policy shall not apply.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms, our Store Policies and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of Singapore (including the Computer Misuse Act and the Internet Code of Practice).

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our Store Policies and Privacy Policy, shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
